Shipping

Destinations. The list of countries we ship to at launch is confirmed and published here before orders open.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner on working days. Launch orders may take longer than standard while the first run ships.

Tracking. Every order ships tracked. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Duties and taxes. Orders outside the shipping origin may be subject to import duties charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in the order total.

Rates. Shipping rates are shown at checkout once the store is live.
