Returns

Returns open with the store. Final terms are confirmed before DROP 001 goes on sale.

Return window. Unworn pieces can be returned within the published window from delivery. The exact window is confirmed at launch.

Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Outerwear that has been used on snow cannot be returned as new.

Exchanges. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Limited colourways may not be exchangeable once sold out.

Faulty items. If something arrives faulty or fails in normal use, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will resolve it.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
